We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

We currently deliver only within the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Anto’s Wigs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Shipping fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed during checkout.

9. Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence.

Eligible products may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided that they:

• Are unused and unworn.

• Are in their original condition.

• Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned after the allowed period may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, exchanges are no longer available.
